General usage rules
Many platforms have rules scattered about, so new users get confused; the main point is one: provide accurate information and run your own account.
When signing into TAKA3, verify name, phone number, and age information; if false information is provided, verification, support, or account recovery may be delayed.
What to follow
- One account per person
- Do not share your password with anyone
- If you do not meet the age requirements, do not open an account
- Keep your mobile or browser updated
Prohibited conduct and restrictions
Some actions may trigger system warnings for false information, auto tools, or attempting to access another's account; none of these are allowed.
Many users in Dhaka log in on public phones and do not log out, and problems start there, so be sure to log out when the session ends, especially on shared devices.

Account security and privacy
Your account is your identity, so do not share login information, OTPs, or phone numbers with anyone.
To protect security in the TAKA3 App, clear browser history, and when finished sign out; if using Rocket or bKash, also check transaction notifications separately.

Rules are not fixed; as service improves, security increases, or legal needs arise, policy changes may occur.
If there is a major change, new text will be on this page; do not keep the old copy, as that may cause confusion.

Eligibility and responsible use
On first reading you may think the rules are many; actually the goal is one: that everyone uses the account transparently.
If you are under 18 or local rules prohibit, do not open an account. Verify your information before registering for TAKA3.
Limitations, not fines
If rules are broken, there may be warnings first, then restrictions; in serious cases the account may be closed, especially if fraud is detected.
If you accidentally do something wrong, write in the Help page describing the issue, time, and account details to speed up the review.
